dont be fooled by this you'd think that rare cards make a deck powerful but they dont surprisingly ive seen decks made of commons and rares do exceptionally well, and these days most cards that are considered rare arnt very good.
originally this statement would be true because in the earlier sets they had fantastic all round cards that could be used for differnt decks, but these days its different and more dissapointing. Do you find this valuable?
